We process orders as quickly as possible. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this to see where your parcel is at any time.

If an item is currently unavailable, it's worth checking the shop regularly. Many products are restocked. If available, you can also sign up for a notification and you'll automatically be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.

We start processing your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, if you wish to change or cancel something, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order has been packed or shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes.
