We process orders as quickly as possible. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a dispatch confirmation including tracking information by email.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking link. This allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at any time.

If an item is currently unavailable, it's worth checking back in the shop regularly. Many products are reordered. If available, you can also sign up for a notification and find out automatically as soon as the item is back in stock.

We start processing your order as quickly as possible. If you'd like to change or cancel anything, please contact us as early as you can. Once your order has already been packed or dispatched, we unfortunately can no longer guarantee any changes.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. Also check that you entered the correct email address when placing your order. If you still can't find a confirmation there, feel free to get in touch with us.

We're sorry to hear that! Please send us your order number along with a brief description of the issue via our contact form. If an item arrived damaged, photos of the product and the packaging will also help us resolve your query as quickly as possible.

In individual cases, delivery may be delayed by the shipping provider. Please first check the current status using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If there has been no change for a longer period of time, feel free to contact us.
